Upcoming change by April 29th

Due to the changing dynamics of customers setups, we have made the following updates to the user access levels:

We have separated the user management functions from the facility admin (it is now an optional check box called Worker admin, available in all user types.)

This will also allow more control over who has access to users’ private information.
We now have a separate optional check box called Equipment admin for all user types.

This will allow a contractor to more easily be recognized as a contractor and still have the abilities to edit equipment for maintenance and arc flash study data collection purposes as well as all reports and exports for Asset Manager or Lockout/Tagout modules.

A notice of roll out and help center guidance will be sent out when active
